On behalf of the team at Nerdcore Australia and Global notebook, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy and safe Christmas and New Year 2022

It has been an interesting and challenging year for us all with our recent expansion and integration into Global Notebook Group. We are committed to continue our promise of high quality, affordable telecommunications for small and medium business.

As part of the industry-wide embargo on new orders and shipments, our team are taking a short break to recharge their batteries. Our offices will be closed from 24th December 2021 and returning on January 5th 2022. During this period, on-call mission critical and emergency support will be available only. All other teams will be unavailable. Orders and shipments will also not be processed during this window.

Every year we receive a flood of last-minute enquiries to setup diversions and special call flows for the holiday period. Please email through these requests to support@nerdcore.com.au no later than 24 December 2021 so we can ensure your request is attended to in a timely manner.
