What does your fee cover?

Our fees cover only labour costs and use of any necessary tools and/or software owned by us to make the repairs possible. Our fees do not cover any replacement parts, hardware and/or software. Our standard fees also do not cover data backup by us. You will be reminded to back up your data prior to the technician's arrival. If you choose to require Mobile Geeks perform this service for you, an additional charge may be applied. We operate under the following eight principles that have made us succesful over the years:
