Nerdcore PC Systems is looking for an experienced Computer Repair Technician to join our growing technician network across Sydney and surrounding suburbs.
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused technician who enjoys solving technology problems and providing quality service directly to customers in their homes and businesses.
About the Role
As a Computer Repair Technician, you will provide onsite and remote technical support throughout Sydney and surrounding areas. You’ll work with a wide range of computers, laptops, networks, printers and technology environments.
Typical jobs may include:
Computer and laptop repairs
Windows and software troubleshooting
Virus and malware removal
Computer upgrades and performance improvements
SSD, RAM and hardware upgrades
New computer setup and data transfers
Wi-Fi and networking troubleshooting
Printer and peripheral setup
Email and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting
Data backup and transfer
Business IT support
General onsite technical assistance
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for technicians who have:
Solid experience repairing computers and laptops
Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
Good hardware and software knowledge
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Professional communication and customer service skills
A reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout Sydney
The ability to work independently and manage onsite appointments
A professional appearance and friendly attitude
A genuine passion for technology
Experience with business IT, networking, Microsoft 365, Apple devices, data recovery or gaming PCs will be highly regarded.
