• Is the problem constant or intermittent?

If you’re an existing customer, we can often reference your previous setup, which helps speed up diagnosis. For new customers, we gather enough detail to understand your network setup from scratch.

The more accurate information you provide at this stage, the faster and more cost-effective the diagnosis will be.

2. Pre-Diagnosis & Booking

Based on your description, we’ll:

• Assess likely causes (router, ISP, Wi-Fi coverage, device faults, etc.)

• Provide an estimated approach to fixing the issue

• Book an onsite visit if required

• Advise if remote troubleshooting is possible first (to save you time and money)

3. Technician Onsite Arrival

When the technician arrives, the process is structured and methodical:

Network inspection

• Review your modem/router setup

• Check cabling, ports, and power stability

• Identify network layout and connected devices

Fault isolation

• Test internet connection at the source (NBN/ISP modem)

• Check Wi-Fi signal strength across different areas
